WSDOT Learn How To Guide (PDF 171KB)

WSDOT Learn has many soft skill (communication, people skills, etc.) courses that you can take. If you are not connect to the WSDOT network you will need to log in with your WSDOT email address and current WSDOT computer password after clicking the link above. To search various topics (examples: communication, emotional intelligence), type in one topics into the search box in the upper right side of the WSDOT Learn page. TC3

TC3 is a technical service program within AASHTO that focuses on developing training products for technical staff in the areas of construction, maintenance, and materials. TC3 has a library of more than 190 online training modules covering a variety of topics and it is free to all WSDOT employees. It offers training for construction and highway maintenance technical skills. Follow enrollment instructions (PDF 407KB) to begin learning.
