Setting up a Government Account
Government Accounts may be established in the following ways:
A government account must have at least one (1) Pass assigned; requires $30 in pre-paid funds; and supports an unlimited number of vehicles.
Your state agency code will be required to establish your account.
Payments for Government Agency Accounts
Payments for Good To Go! state agency accounts can be made via warrant or Inter-Agency Payment (IAP). Payments via warrant can be mailed to Good To Go! P.O. Box 300321 Seattle, WA 98103.
State agencies may also choose to fund accounts using IAP. The Good To Go! customer service center vendor number for IAP is SWV0008011 18. Auto-charge for accounts set up with IAP is not available at this time. This may be available in the future.
When making payments to your account via warrant or IAP, be sure to allow enough time for the funds to be deposited to your account to avoid reaching a negative balance. If your account goes negative, an invoice is mailed to the address on record for the account.
Using IAP to Open a NEW Good To Go! Account
State Agencies (EXCLUDING WSDOT): If you do not have an existing Good To Go! account number, include the following in the Invoice # field (30 characters max): New Account, Name, Contact Number.

WSDOT Agency Accounts: If you do not have an existing Good To Go! account number, include the following in the Invoice # field (12 characters max in AFRS):
Because TRAINS does not have enough field length, please complete a new account application form (pdf 176 kb) and submit your application via fax to 206-547-0496. Your IAP number is available on the OPVL screen in TRAINS within 5-6 days. Customer service will contact the individual listed on the application with your new account number. If no contact is listed, customer service will contact the individual identified in AFRS as the batch owner.
Using IAP to Replenish an EXISTING Good To Go! Account
State Agencies (EXCLUDING WSDOT) with an existing Good To Go! Account: Please include the following in the Invoice # field (30 characters max in AFRS): Account #, Name, Contact Number.

Your IAP payment will be applied within a few days after you execute your IAP.
WSDOT (ONLY) Agency Accounts with an existing Good To Go! Account: If you have an existing Good To Go! account number, include the following the Invoice # field (12 characters max in TRAINS):
- An example is 'GTG #XXXXXX'
Agencies without Accounts
If your agency vehicles use toll facilities infrequently, you may consider using the Pay By Mail option (available once tolling begins on the SR 520 Bridge). With Pay By Mail, no account or passes are necessary. A photo will be taken of the vehicle’s license plate as it travels on the toll facility. A bill will be sent by mail to the vehicle’s registered owner. Vehicles using Pay By Mail will pay a higher toll rate than those with an account.
If staff members drive a state vehicle without an account, the applicable state agency will be billed, and the agency will need to determine which division the bill corresponds with.
Failure to pay a Pay By Mail toll bill will result in receipt of a Notice of Civil Penalty, which can be appealed via the adjudication process. If unpaid, the Notice of Civil Penalty and related fees may be forwarded to a collections agency.
Using Your Good To Go! Account
Agencies are responsible for monitoring accounts to ensure that a positive balance is maintained. Accounts can be set up for online access and monitored at https://mygoodtogo.com/olcsc/AccountLogin.do.
