Faunt/Va/SW - Reminder - Fauntleroy Tollbooth & Traffic Changes
All drivers must stop at the tollbooth to buy or redeem tickets. Drivers will receive a destination card and a receipt, and will no longer have to stop again after the tollbooth to scan tickets. Instead, they must keep their destination cards visible, and will be directed to the appropriate holding lane.

WSF implemented these changes to the Fauntleroy traffic patterns with the aim of improving efficiency at the tollbooth during peak commute time.

Customers could still experience extended wait times during peak travel periods when volume of vehicles waiting to board exceeds capacity. Please follow all instructions from WSF staff and signs. For more information about the new procedure, please visit FVS Improvement. To purchase tickets online, visit Wave2Go.

Muk/Clin - Pick Up and Drop Off at Clinton Must Enter Through Tollbooth
Customers using the ADA/limited mobility pick-up and drop-off area at the Clinton terminal must enter through the tollbooth instead of the transit bus lanes. Entering through the tollbooth helps keep car traffic out of the bus lanes and ensures your safety and security on the dock. Passengers that are able to walk a short distance can save time and avoid lineups at the tollbooth by using the designated drop-off/pick-up area across from the phone booth on Ferry Dock road. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
