What you need to know for the week of July 16 - 22

I-5 Downtown Seattle

  • From 12:30 to 5:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, July 21, northbound I-5 traffic will be reduced to one lane between Cherry Street and Mercer Street.

I-90 Floating Bridge

  • All lanes of westbound I-90 between Island Crest Way on Mercer Island and I-5 in Seattle will be closed during the following overnight hours:
    • 11 p.m. Friday, July 20 to 7 a.m. Saturday, July 21
    • 11 p.m. Saturday, July 21 to 7 a.m. Sunday, July 22
    • 10:30 p.m. Sunday, July 22 to 4:30 a.m. Monday, July 23

US 2 Everett

  • From 7 p.m. Friday, July 20, to 4 a.m. Monday, July 23, all lanes of westbound US 2 between SR 204 and Homeacres Road/20th Street Southeast will be closed, weather dependent.
  • The following ramps will also close:
    • Westbound SR 204 off-ramp to westbound US 2.
    • 20th Street Southeast on-ramp to westbound US 2. 

SR 92 Lake Stevens

  • From 8 p.m. Friday, July 6, to 2 p.m. Thursday, July 19, all lanes in both directions of SR 92 between 44th Street Northeast and 127th Drive Northeast will be closed. 

SNOQUALMIE PASS

I-90 Snoqualmie Pass 

  • From now until Sunday, July 22, drivers will experience delays on eastbound I-90 between North Bend (milepost 34) and the summit of Snoqualmie Pass (milepost 52) due to 24-hour lane closures.
  • From now until mid-August, the westbound lanes of I-90 between milepost 47 near Denny Creek and milepost 52 near the summit of Snoqualmie Pass will be reduced to two lanes, with one lane shifted around the work zone as crews repair several bridge decks. This traffic shift will remain in place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
