RESERVATION ROUTES: Spring Vehicle Reservations Open Next Week - Jan 29

Mark your calendars! Spring vehicle reservations will open one week from today at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 29. The spring schedule begins on March 29 and goes through June 20. Be sure to log in or call early to lock in your spring travel plans.

Customers will be able to make reservations online or by calling into our customer service center at 206-464-6400.

Faunt/Va/SW - Cathlamet an Estimated 20 Minutes Behind Schedule

M/V Cathlamet is running 20 minutes behind schedule. This delays the 4:05 p.m. from Vashon to Southworth, the 4:30 p.m. from Southworth to Vashon, the 4:50 p.m. from Vashon to Fauntleroy, and the 5:20 p.m. from Fauntleroy to Vashon. Muk/Clin - ADA Alert - Suquamish #2 Elevator is Temporarily Out of Service

The #2 elevator on the M/V Suquamish is temporarily out of service. The #1 elevator is available for use on the opposite end of the vessel. Passengers may ask the crew for directions. Updates will be provided as conditions change.

All Routes - Snow Sailing Schedules Now Available Online to Review

Customers are encouraged to check out WSF’s new adjusted snow and ice schedules that are available online for each route. Due to inclement weather in the forecast, there is a possibility that these schedules may be implemented for one or more routes. Therefore, passengers should plan ahead by checking out the schedules in advance.

Additional alerts will be sent should the winter weather schedules be activated and go into effect. If you have additional questions, please call 206-464-6400 to speak with a customer representative.

Sea/BI/Brem - New Elevators Open at Colman Dock

The new elevators at the Colman Dock terminal building are now open. The new elevators are located at the southwest corner of the terminal, next to the Pier 50 passenger-only dock. You can reach the elevators from the southwest corner of Alaskan Way and Yesler Way, by following the sidewalk west past the passenger-only ferry terminal. The old elevators on Alaskan Way are closed.

Walk-on passengers have the following options to enter and exit Colman Dock: 

  1. The pedestrian bridge between Colman Dock and and First Ave at Marion Street.
  2. Elevators and stairs at the southwest corner of the dock near the new passenger-only ferry dock at Pier 50.
  3. Stairs on Alaskan Way near Columbia Street connecting the street to the terminal level.
