XBRate is used to perform load rating analysis for cast-in-place reinforced concrete cross beams in accordance with the AASHTO Manual for Bridge Evaluation and the Washington State Department of Transportation, Bridge Design Manual.

XBRate supports expansion, continuous, and integral piers. Load rating analysis is performed for design loads, legal loads, and permit loads. If necessary, load posting analysis is performed.

XBRate is an open source software tool and is a member of the Alternate Route Project.
