Welcome to TOGA

TOGA (TxDOT Optional Girder Analysis), is a specialized software application used to support the precast girder design value engineering process at the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Bridge Division. TOGA is a plug-in application for the BridgeLink application framework and is based on the precast-prestressed girder design program PGSuper.

BridgeLink, PGSuper and TOGA are software tools jointly developed by the Washington State and Texas Departments of Transportation and are members of the Alternate Route Project.

BridgeLink, PGSuper and TOGA are licensed under the terms and conditions of the Alternate Route Open Source License. Please read this license carefully before using this software.

This Manual

TOGA documentation consists of three manuals to help you use, manage, and understand this state of the art software. The User Guide provides in-depth coverage of the software's features and functionality. The Technical Guide details how TOGA fits into TxDOT's work flow and how it performs its engineering tasks. The Administrator Guide documents how administrators can modify TOGA's installation defaults.
