Electrical Approved Product List (E-APL):

For Items listed in the WSDOT Electrical Approved Product List (E-APL) by make, model, batch, color, size, part no., etc.. The Project Engineer office may code the RAM under the appropriate Standard Specifications for the intended use as indicated by the Bid Item and Specification Reference shown on the RAM. The RAM should be coded with an "8 - Approved per E-APL". Retain a copy of the E-APL page that is applicable to the material being approved.
