  • Preservation - Drivers on SR 164 in Auburn will have a smoother driving surface and the road will be preserved for years to come.
  • Safety - The smoother road surface will keep water from pooling in potholes and wheel ruts and the new sidewalk curb ramps will provide better sidewalk access to people of all abilities.

What to Expect
Work on the highway will take place at night during lane closures. People who drive should plan for heavier traffic. Nearby reisdents may hear construction noise. Work on sidewalk curb ramps will take place during the day. This will require some sidewalk closures and may need lane closures as well.
