I-205 Northbound - Construction on I-205 at milepost 28.00 northbound I-205, Mill Plain Exit – NE 112th Connector (milepost 28) Nov. 23-25, 6 a.m.-5 p.m.: Daytime lane and shoulder closures on I-205, ramps, and adjacent roads for construction work. Nov. 23-25, 7 a.m.-5 p.m.: Daytime flagging on northbound I-205 ramps for construction work. Nov. 23-24: The new 112th connector ramp will be open to traffic from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday and Tuesday, and fully open from 12 p.m. Wednesday through the weekend.

Fruit Valley Rd Both Directions - Construction on Fruit Valley Rd from 39th St to 39th St both directions until further notice. Vancouver Rail – Rail Bypass and W. 39th Street Bridge Traffic Impacts: Nov. 23-25, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Daytime flagging at the intersection of W. 39th Street and Fruit Valley Road for utility installation and embankment work. Note: The rail crossing at W. 39th Street is closed to all traffic for rail bypass construction.
