Blocking Incidents
  • US-395 milepost 18, Yelm St, starting at 9 p.m. Friday night, Aug. 17 the left lane will be closed 24 hours a day until Monday morning Aug. 20 at 5 a.m. for bridge deck repairs.
Construction Closures
  • I-82 milepost 132 Columbia River Bridge near Plymouth: Eastbound traffic is shifted to the westbound Columbia River bridge into Oregon. The speed limit is reduced to 40 mph. Westbound traffic is reduced to a single lane.
  • On SR 17 at Prior Farms between Othello and Moses Lake, No work this week
  • Possible short term lane restrictions on US 195 both directions from milepost 49.8 near McMeekin Rd to milepost 72.2 near MP Marker 72. Potential shoulder closures may be in place during work hours.
  • Construction on SR 21 both directions from milepost 24.2 near Lind-Ralston Rd to milepost 37.9 I-90 until further notice. Roadway users should expect delays and be alert for flaggers and or pilot cars directing single-lane, alternating traffic with some delays when work is underway.
  • Construction on US 195 both directions from milepost 48.0 near MP Marker 48 to milepost 65.0. Short term lane closures should be expected over the next week.
  • On SR 24 from Vernita north 10 miles south of Othello, on Thursday & Friday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. expect short delays with single lane automated flagger controlled traffic where contractor crews are repairing fire damaged guardrail.
  • Drivers should be alert for lane restrictions with possible delays at 4 new passing lane construction locations between Steptoe and Plaza.
  • US-730 milepost 1 just north of the Oregon State Line: Monday, Aug. 13 - Thursday, Aug. 16 - Drivers will experience intermittent single lane closures between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • SR-240 milepost 36: Monday, Aug. 13 - Friday, Aug. 17, A number of ramps will be closed on SR 240 for striping and bridge deck joint expansion from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night.
  • US-12 MP 327 to 340: Monday, Aug. 13 through Friday, Aug. 17 - Both lanes of traffic will be restricted during daylight hours.
  • SR-224 milepost 8: Through Friday, Aug. 17- Drivers can expect shoulder and lane closures during day light hours.
  • Continual monitoring and erosion control after completion of passing lane construction. May result in traffic control in some locations until further notice.
  • Construction on SR 261 both directions from milepost 44.8 near Sutton Rd to milepost 62.7 near SR 90-Weber Rd Off Ramp until further notice. Roadway users should be alert for flaggers and or pilot cars directing single-lane, alternating traffic with some delays.
