Blocking Incidents

Construction Closures

Construction: I-5, Blakeslee Junction to Grand Mound Monday, Jan. 28 to Friday, Feb. 1: Daytime shoulder closures throughout the project area.
I-5, Mellen Street to Blakeslee Junction - Stage 1 (mileposts 80.83 to 84.15) Traffic impacts: Monday, Jan. 28 to Thursday, Jan. 31: Nighttime single lane closures on both directions of I-5 within project limits. Tuesday, Jan. 29 to Wednesday, Jan. 30: Nighttime FULL closure of the I-5 southbound off-ramp to Mellen Street from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Emergency vehicles will still have access to the off-ramp.
