The map below shows WSDOT's existing traffic management system for the Puget Sound region, as well as our plans for system expansion. The traffic management system includes vehicle detectors, cameras, ramp meters, variable message signs, and highway advisory radio. It provides the data for the traffic congestion map as well as the video for the camera snapshots that are available over the World Wide Web. As the system expands, the traffic congestion map will show conditions on more miles of roadway, and more camera images will be available.
