1.  Application:  Sign Specifications

2.  Version: 1.0.0

3.  Purpose:  The Sign Specifications application is used to document Sign Removal, Installation and Relocation information for highway construction projects that are included in the set of Standard Plans.

4.  Development Tools:  MS Excel 2000 (VBA); MS Access 2000 data tables which utilize ADO

8.  General Installation Information:  "W Drive" deployment to OSC and regions; downloadable from Design Ad-Ready Home Page on WSDOT external web page.

9.  Help/Getting Started:  Double-click on the "SIGNSPEC2000.xla" file to begin executing the program.  Then, click on "NEW PROJECT" on the menu bar to open a new project.  Select Help to go to the on-line User Guide.
