Overview
This project built a fiber communications line along Division Street. The fiber optic line will complete a link between two existing fiber lines that are part of the transportation communications network.
 | Relieves Congestion
This will enable WSDOT to place live video cameras and traffic volume measuring equipment at various locations along state highways and have those images available to the Traffic Management Center.

Partnerships & Cooperation
The City of Spokane, Spokane County, Spokane Transit. the City of Spokane Valley, and Spokane Regional Transportation Council are partners in the operation of the Spokane Regional Transportation Management Center.
