US 195 - Cornwall Rd. to Hatch Rd.-Northbound Dowel Bar Retrofit and Paving - Complete August 2007

Overview
The existing concrete pavement panels have shifted creating a rough roadway. In addition, the asphalt pavement sections are due for resurfacing. Southbound US 195 was done in 2003.

Steel dowel bars were placed between the concrete panels to stop further movement. The concrete surface was then smoothed using a grinder. The existing asphalt sections was resurfaced.
