Overview
Crews resurfaced 2.3 miles of SR 99 from 112th Street SW to I-5 in Everett. They also improved guardrails, sidewalks and wheelchair ramps.

Partnerships & Cooperation
In February 2007 we awarded the contract to Wilder Construction of Everett, Washington. Crews began repaving in May 2007 and finished work in November 2007.
At WSDOT we seek to address the concerns of the tribal nations using the process outlined in Section 106 of The National Historic Preservation Act and the WSDOT Tribal Consultation Policy adopted in 2003 by the Transportation Commission as part of the WSDOT Centennial Accord Plan.
This project was determined to be exempt from Section 106 review per the Programmatic Agreement between Washington State Department of Transportation, the Federal Highway Administration, the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, and the State Historic Preservation Officer signed July 18, 2000. Programmatic Exempt letters were sent to the Tulalip, Snoqualmie, Samish, Yakama, and Snohomish Tribes on May 12, 2006.
