Overview
This project extended the right-turn lane on the westbound off-ramp and upgraded the turn radius on the north side intersection. Increased traffic volume and large truck usage at this interchange was afffecting traffic movements.
 | Relieves Congestion
The extended right-turn lane provides more capacity for larger vehicles on the westbound off-ramp. This, in-turn, saves time as left-turning vehicles are not blocking right-turning traffic. Improving the turning radius on the north intersection provides for improved truck turns.
