Overview
We improved safety and reduced congestion on SR 9 between Lundeen Parkway and SR 92 by adding one lane in each direction and adding turn lanes at two intersections. We also upgraded the traffic signals at three intersections and improved lighting.

Improved turn lanes and additional new turn lanes, improved lighting, and updated traffic signals enhance safety for drivers. Better traffic flow will reduce the risk of congestion-related collisions.

 | Relieves Congestion
We widened SR 9 from Lundeen Parkway to SR 92 from two lanes to four.
We added right-turn lanes in both directions of SR 9 at Lundeen Parkway.
We add a left-turn lane from eastbound Lundeen Parkway to northbound SR 9.
We added a northbound right-turn lane on SR 9 at SR 92.
