Overview
This project made safety improvements to various locations throughout the State Route 7 Corridor from US Highway 12 to the Lewis/ Pierce County line.
Prior to this project, a statewide analysis of accidents highlighted the number of accidents in rural areas where motorists had driven off the roadway as a major concern. In the 2005 legislative session, funding was allocated to make safety improvements to this corridor.
