Overview
This project widened SR 510 (Marvin Road) from I-5 to Pacific Avenue, providing two lanes in each direction and a turn lane in the median. Improvements at the intersections at Quinault Way, Martin Way, Third Avenue, Steilacoom Road and Pacific Avenue included added turn lanes and new signal systems. Sidewalks and bicycle lanes were added and roadway lighting was upgraded.
The improvements to SR 510 were designed to relieve congestion, improve safety and accommodate projected increases in traffic.
