Overview
This project improves channelization and adds two signals on SR 3 at Pioneer Way and Big Valley Road north of Poulsbo. Work began in February 2008, and the project was operationally complete in May 2008.

The addition of signals systems to SR 3 at its intersections with Pioneer Way and Big Valley Road will reduce the number of serious collisions.
