This image shows one of the realigned curves.

Overview
This project realigned two s-curves just south of the SR 241/SR 24 junction and updated guardrail and signing throughout the project limits. Additional work will improve drainage, control erosion and improve safety.

The substandard curves were rebuilt with new curve alignments that meet current design standards. Additional work improved drainage, controlled erosion and improved safety with new signs, markers and guardrail. This project should reduce the potential for vehicles to run off the roadway and over embankments.
