Overview
On Aug. 21, 2009, the Dry Creek Bridge burned as a result of a grass fire. This project replaced the bridge with a new crossing that meets current WSDOT standards.

The new bridge and roadway were built to meet current standards that are safer for motorists.

Construction was completed May 2010.
Funding
This project was funded through the following sources:
- State Funding (2005 Transportation Partnership Account) - $275,000
- State Funding (Pre-Existing Funds) - $463,000
- Total Funding Available from All Sources - $738,000
