Overview
Improvements were made to the Coupeville ferry terminal to meet with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
This project includes:
- sidewalks between the terminal building and the toll booths.
- improved sidewalk ramps and the transition to the boarding area.
- upgraded signing.
- restriped van accessibile stalls to meet with current ADA standards.

This project benefits walk-on passengers by providing an accessible route between the terminal building and toll booths. The updated ADA standards of the sidewalk ramps and parking stalls will help travelers with disabilities and in wheelchairs.
