With only a few months of work left on the bridge, construction crews focus on the finishing work. The bridge is alive with activity as crews continue painting, pouring concrete barrier, applying the deck's waterproofing membrane, setting the expansion joints and pouring the bridge's approach slabs. The catwalks and temporary construction lights are being removed as work gets completed on the main suspension cables and suspenders. Deck paving will begin in late May.
