Spin...Spin...Spin:
Spinning resumes on March 13 on the north cable. Crews, working two 10-hour
shifts, will use the first shipment of cable wire ordered from suppliers
in China, Korea and Great Britain. On the south cable, crews continue
to place steel castings around the 20.5-inch steel rope. By week's end
or the week of March 20, crews will start hanging the suspender (vertical)
cables from the castings, or cable bands.
