Installation of the catwalk mesh continues at the new Tacoma
Narrows Bridge. The catwalk is used during the cable
spinning operation, which is scheduled to begin later this month.
When it is complete, a pair of 20½-inch cables will support the
weight of the deck and the vehicles it carries.
