In typical highway construction projects, the start of fall's rainy weather usually signs a slowdown of construction activities. Not so on this project, where the upcoming fall and winter months will be used to continue tower and anchorage construction, landscape, build the future toll plaza and operations building, and continue fabricating components of the superstructure, such as cable wire and bridge deck sections.
