Overview
WSDOT made safety improvements along the SR 169 and SR 900 corridors. Crews installed shoulder and centerline rumble strips, and new guardrail in select locations. These improvements are expected to reduce the likelihood of crossover and run-off-the-road collisions.

Partnerships & Cooperation
WSDOT awarded the contract to Coral Construction Co. in March 2010. Construction began in May 2010 and was completed in September 2010.
