Overview
This project realigned the on- and off-ramps at SR 167/SR 161 (Meridian North) interchange located in north Pierce County.
 | Improves Safety
Re-aligned ramps allow for wider turn movements, increasing the flow of turning traffic and reducing the risk of collisions.

 | Relieves Congestion
New ramp alignment and ugraded traffic signal systems reduces congestion.

Partnerships & Cooperation
This project was completed in November 2008.
The construction contract was awarded to Icon Materials in June 2008.

This project is funded through the following sources:

- PreExisting Funds - $66,501
- Other Agency Funds - $42,857
- Total Funding Available From All Sources - $3,082,847
