• This project addressed increasing traffic volumes, congestion and safety issues at the SR 14 ramp intersections at Lieser Road.
• Construction was complete in August 2008.
Overview
This project made improvements to the State Route 14 ramp at Lieser Road. These improvements will help reduce congestion and improve safety in the vicinity of the interchange. A signal was also installed at the SR 14 westbound off-ramp to Lieser Road.
 | Improves Safety
This project improved safety on the SR 14 on and off-ramps by adding a new signal at the westbound off-ramp to Lieser Road.
|
 | Relieves Congestion
Prior to this project, traffic backed up on Lieser Road during peak hours. Adding a signal where the SR 14 westbound ramp meets Lieser helps improve safety at the interchange as well as provides improved traffic flow on Lieser Road.
