Rail - Tacoma Rail - New Refinery Spur Track - Complete February 2011

Previously, the Sound Refining terminal facility had only two spur tracks for railcars. This limited the number of rail cars that could be unloaded at the terminal. Building an additional spur track enables Sound Refining to unload 10-12 more rail cars at a time.
