Rail - Stanwood Siding Upgrades - Complete February 2011

Overview
Previously, shorter segments of siding track in Stanwood caused up to 70 minute passenger and freight train delays. Crews upgraded and extended the siding to decrease delay and improve passenger train on-time performance.
