Overview
This project resurfaced the outside lane of I-90. Excessive wear and tear occurred on the outside lanes of the roadway. The top layer of pavement was ground off and a new layer of Hot Mix Asphalt was installed.

The new layer removed rutting and damage on the outside lane of the freeway creating a safer ride.

Partnerships & Cooperation
WSDOT seeks to address the concerns of tribal nations using the process outlined in section 106 of The National Historical Preservation Act and the WSDOT Tribal Consultation Policy adopted in 2003 by the Transportation Commission as part of the WSDOT Centennial Accord Plan.
