This job resurfaced Interstate 90 with a layer of hot mix asphalt from just west of the SR 904 Interchange at Four Lakes to the vicinity of the Geiger Blvd. Interchange. Routine wear and tear plus studded tire damage wore the pavement surface and created grooves in some areas. The end result was a smoother ride and extended roadway life.
Removal of rutted pavement provides a higher level of safety for drivers.
