I-90 - Altamont & Havana Bridge Deck Repair - Complete July 2011

Overview
This project rehabilitated the driving surface and approach pavement on the Altamont Street and Havana Street freeway bridges in east Spokane.

How You Benefit
Dollar Sign Glyph Economic Incentive
Rebuilding the bridge deck and approach slabs extended the life of the overall bridge structure, preserving the investment in the highway.

Partnerships & Cooperation
WSDOT addresses the concerns of tribal nations using the process outlined in Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and the WSDOT Tribal Consultation Policy adopted in 2003 by the Transportation Commission as part of the WSDOT Centennial Accord Plan.
