I-5 - Snohomish River to Ebey Slough Paving - Complete December 2009

Overview
Crews repaved four miles of northbound I-5 between the Snohomish River Bridge and the Ebey Slough Bridge near Everett. We also installed new pavement markings, guardrails and drainage systems.

Partnerships & Cooperation
August 2007 - We began designing this project.
January 2009 - We advertised the project for competitive bidding.
March 2, 2009 - We awarded the contract to Cemex Pacific Holdings, LLC, who submitted the most competitive bid.
June 2009 - We began construction.
December 2009 - We completed construction.
