Overview
Replacing the existing 5-foot, 7-inch high fence and railing with a taller, 8-foot, 6-inch high fence and tighter chain link mesh eliminates large gaps and lessens the opportunities for debris and other objects to fall from the bridge onto the freeway.
 | Improves Safety
The new, taller fence eliminates gaps and reduces the potential for objects to leave the bridge and enter I-5 traffic below, making travel safer for the 138,000 motorists who drive this section of highway daily.
