Welcome Reception – Sunday, May 3
Join us for the 2009 Welcome Reception, Sunday evening in the Seattle Marriott Waterfront Hotel. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and meet other AASHTO-IS Conference Attendees.

Opening Night Dinner* – Monday, May 4
Enjoy dinner and the experience of professional baseball at Seattle Mariner’s, world-class Safeco Field. AASHTO-IS Attendees will be hosted in an exclusive suite, located above right field. Appetizers and dinner featuring Northwest entrées will be served while you enjoy the game. The Seattle Mariners will square off against the Texas Rangers - Batter up!

Dinner Cruise on Elliott Bay* – Tuesday, May 5
Join us aboard the Royal Argosy for incredible views of Seattle and a full-course Dinner. From your table, you will enjoy spectacular, ever-changing views of the city skyline, gorgeous scenery and scenic islands as we cruise on Elliott Bay and Puget Sound.

Closing Night Event – Wednesday, May 6
As the conference winds down, the evening will close with live music and festivities. Closing ceremonies will be held Wednesday evening at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront Hotel. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and beverages as Crème Tangerine, a Beatles music experience band, provides entertainment. Visit with other delegates/attendees and hear about plans for AASHTO 2010.
