About the Transportation Data Office (TDO)

As part of WSDOT's Strategic Planning and Programming Office, the Transportation Data Office (TDO) is responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and disseminating transportation data pertaining to the Washington State Highway System. This data is used by a variety of customers including: the Regions and Service Centers within WSDOT, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), other Washington State government agencies, and public or private organizations.

Business With the TDO

The TDO General Manager has overall responsibility for the Office. There are five branches and the Administrative Unit at the TDO. Each branch contains one or more Sections that provide specific products or services.
