This event is free to all.


Who should attend?

Everyone is welcome to attend.


How do I sign up to attend?

You do not need to register to attend this event.


How do I sign up to present?

Please use our online registration forms to sign up to present a poster, map, or online application or to deliver a presentation.


How do you decide who gets to present?

We welcome all presentation submissions; however, priority is given to presentations by public agencies. We will do our best to fit as many submissions into the agenda as possible. If we have more presentations than we have time for, event planners with work with presenters to find a compromise that works for everyone.


What do I do if I have registered to present but am unable to present on the day of the event?

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Please email or call the following people as soon as possible if you are not able to present.

Are easels available for poster presentations?

Yes. When you register your poster, map, or application please let us know in the Questions/Comments section if you will need an easel for your poster. If you have already submitted your poster/application but forgot to request an easel (or anything else) please contact the following people to update your registration information.

What about Parking?

Parking is not provided. Please refer to the Parking and Directions website for guidance on how to get to the 1500 Jefferson Building, where to park when you get there, and how to check in when you arrive. For additonal parking locations you can access the Olympia Downtown Parking Options interactive map.


What about lunch?

Lunch is not provided. We will have a 1 ½ hour break from noon to 1:30 pm to allow attendees time to walk or ride the Dash to one of Olympia’s numerous restaurants. There is also a café located inside the 1500 Jefferson Building.
