This data is available as an XML database schema which can be imported into a ESRI personal Geodatabase or an ArcSDE database. Several of the datasets that we are getting from the data warehouse have very long field names and exporting to a shapefile was creating unuseable field names. The xml database schema is being explored as a data sharing alternative to keep data meaningful.
