Records were placed on the increasing LRS, unless there were no lanes carrying traffic in the increasing direction of mileposting at the location the record was coded to. These records were placed on the decreasing LRS and merged with the increasing dataset.

Count location AADTs and Direction of Travel were downloaded from WSDOT's Datamart. For records with a Traffic Count Leg Code of 1 or 2, 0.01 was subtracted or added (respectively) from the record's ARM value. These ARM values were then used to recalculate an SRMP and A/B for each count.

Placed extracted data tables on to 24k Linear referencing System using Route events. This was placed against the 2011 edition of the LRS. Mainline points were placed on the Increasing LRS (with the exception of decreasing segments only which were placed on the Decreasing LRS).
