        Process Description:
          The excel spreadsheet was imported into an Access database and loaded into a personal geodatabase. From the personal geodatabase, route events were created for the corresponding routes. Error messages were reviewed and descriptions were entered. Route events were exported into feature classes and merged into one data set.
