Process Description:
Maintenance Area boundaries were created from the region boundaries. Region boundaries were divided using the cut polygon feature using a sketched line as the cutting edge. A Spatial Join was created between the new and old maintenence area files and repetitive fields were deleted. Topology was created so there are no overlaps or gaps in the boundaries.
