Process Description:
Washington State Department of Natural Resources' data set was manipulated by Chuck Lewis of ESRI's Olympia office as follows: To create this image, an elevation grid with a 100-foot cell size was resampled to an elevation grid
with a 1000-foot cell size. This resampled elevation grid was then converted to a hillshade grid. The hillshade grid had nodata cells around the edges which were converted to a value of 200, which allows the surrounding area to be shaded gray. This grid was converted to a jpg image.

There are also dbf-format tables of data located by geographic coordinates or State Route Accumulated Route Mileage.
