To Request a Copy of a Collision Report
Please go to the Washington State Patrol website if you need to make a request for a collision report copy.
In addition, the same website will provide the following:
- A blank copy of a Citizen's Collision Report. An individual can complete their own collision report if an officer does not investigate the collision at the scene.
- The Police Traffic Collision Report instruction manual for officers.
