To request collision data formatted in one of the report formats below, please submit a Collision Data Request Form. These files are large and contain an extensive amount of data, we have provided a sample of reports and the information they contain.
If the report formats below do not meet the customer's needs, simply mention what might meet your needs on the request form and an STCDO staff member can contact and assist you by preparing an "ad hoc" customized report.
The Standard Detailed History Report contains detailed collision history information for a specific location and date range. Information includes, but is not limited to the following: location, date, time severity, collision type, road surface condition and lighting condition.
The Summary Reports contain summary totals for all the collisions for a specific location and date range.
