The WA-Trans steering committee is established to provide a smaller more focused group to guide the project and make project decisions. This group represents the active partners and those who are not partners but may some day have an active interest in WA-Trans. Membership in this group is designed to provide adequate representation and yet keep the group small enough for decisions to be reached in a timely manner. Meetings were held every six weeks and now that pilots have started are held every three months. These meetings are open and all discussions will be shared via meeting notes and any other reasonable means. Project decisions will be made by the steering committee.
